THE POSITION:
As an Audio Visual (AV) and Network Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in organizing and coordinating cutting edge audio and video services/systems projects. You will be involved in the lifecycle of the overall internal Project/s working closely with other specialist project teams delivering the service to a customer base that includes leading global blue-chip organizations.
We are searching for an Account Coordinator who is excited to take ownership of the daily operations of their assigned accounts. The successful candidate should be committed to customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will communicate directly with assigned clients to understand requirements, handle requests, and maintain the operational relationship. The successful candidate will go above and beyond to meet clients' needs. The role will involve collaborating and coordinating with the various departments within EOS to ensure successful delivery. The role will also require the successful candidate perform other duties to support Account Executives, as needed.
To be a successful Account Coordinator, you should be proactive, positive, and passionate about company offerings and how they create value for clients. Top applicants will be skilled verbal and written communicators with excellent presentation, customer service, time management, and computer skills.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Ownership of the daily operations for assigned accounts
- Managing client requests for quotations, procurement updates, project status
- Costing, estimating, planning, and procurement for Audio Visual / Video Conferencing and Networking projects
- Review bills of materials from design submissions for accuracy and completeness
- Create proposals/quotations for clients
- Manage the purchase and supply of procured items & services, resolve any issues effectively with the order management team
- Ability to identify any contract variations / change orders and update project scope to include agreed changes
- Coordinate and monitor the shipment of project specific inventory
- Track cost, variations and changes throughout the project and report accordingly
- Establishing project timeframes and milestones, working closely with project
- management teams
- Process final project invoicing, working closely with Account Management teams
- Attend client meetings, as required
- Support Account Executives.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Experience in an Account Coordinator role, managing the daily account operations
- A firm knowledge of the supply chain process
- Clear understanding of the commercials involved in buying/selling hardware
- Experience using account management / procurement software
- Strong numeracy skills and analytical ability
- Excellent time management skills, with ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks
- Exceptional presentation and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- High level of efficiency and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (Project, Word, Excel)
- Availability for occasional travel to remote client project sites within the United States
- Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast moving, growing global company
PREFFERED SKILLS:
- Experience of Audio Visual / Video Conferencing and Networking environments
- Experience using Salesforce, Jira and Sage X3
- Experience using Cisco CCW
- Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong team-work experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proactive problem solver, who can think on their feet.
- Can drive progress positively and effectively, keeping all stakeholders informed.
