Job Summary:
The Processing Technician works with the Infusion team to perform all duties related to cannabis infusion and processing operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor cannabis material during the processing phases
- Keeps logs (electronic and paper) for proper weighting, tracking, and reporting of all inventory.
- Inputs data and controls flow of production
- Cleans any/all production areas to ensure no cross-contamination occurs and ensures compliance with local and state health regulations
- Conducting visual inspections to ensure the product meets or exceeds quality standards.
- Following appropriate quality control measures and in-process checks
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to utilize computer programs such as MS Office, METRC, and other systems
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for proper batch making
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and prioritize
Education and Experience:
- Must be 21 years old and over
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience with a focus on inventory tracking, as well as ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality
- Professional kitchen or baking experience - preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Include standing, walking, bending, and lifting to 50 pounds, carrying product totes, pushing carts, moving, and adjusting process equipment
Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
