**Job Title: Process Engineer - Sheet Metal Fabrication**

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the sheet metal fabrication process, with a primary focus on generating manufacturing drawings using Onshape. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our profile cutting services, involving CNC plasma and waterjet cutting.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Manufacturing Drawings:**
- Utilize Onshape to create accurate and detailed manufacturing drawings for sheet metal components.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure drawings align with project requirements.
- Make manufacturing models according to customer drawings.
2. **Profile Cutting Services Support:**
- Oversee and maintain CNC plasma and waterjet cutting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and improve process controls to enhance efficiency and precision in profile cutting operations.
3. **Production Support:**
- Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to profile cutting services.
- Provide technical guidance to operators and ensure adherence to quality standards.
4. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction in sheet metal fabrication.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to enhance overall efficiency.
5. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of manufacturing drawings, process controls, and maintenance activities.
- Generate reports on equipment performance, downtime, and improvement initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
- Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in generating manufacturing drawings using Onshape or similar CAD software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
