First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an experienced, customer-focused Private Banking Service Consultant to join our Private Banking Team at the Main Branch in Downtown Honolulu. As a Private Banking Service Consultant, you will work closely with the Private Banking Officers to provide exceptional customer service, sales, and operational assistance for high-net-worth clients. You will assist with general administrative support and overall coordination and maintenance of banking relationships to these customers.

Hours
Monday - Thursday 8:00AM - 5:00PM; Friday 8:00AM - 6:00PM. (Hours may vary)
Compensation:
The hourly salary range for this role is $20-$32.07/hour; commensurate with experience.
The Private Banking Service Consultant level and pay is at the discretion of the Manager and will be discussed at the time of the offer.
Required Qualifications:
- Private Banking Service Consultant I
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience in customer service.
- Minimum 1 year in operations, customer service, and sales experience in banking.
- Personal Alignment with our Core values of Collaboration, Character, and Caring.
- Private Banking Service Consultant II
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in customer service.
- Minimum of 2 years' combined operations, customer service, customer loans, and sales experience in banking.
- Personal Alignment with our Core values of Collaboration, Character, and Caring.
- Private Banking Service Consultant III
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in customer service.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in combined operations, customer service, consumer loan and sales experience.
- 2 years' loan documentation experience required.
- Personal Alignment with our Core values of Collaboration, Character, and Caring.
