First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a customer-focused, collaborative, detail-oriented, Assistant Service Supervisor to join our Pearl City Branch. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the operations of the branch by supervising employees in all phases of bank operations. Handle and resolve any customer issues or complex inquiries. Assist with maintaining the branch workflow and assigning coverage as needed. Ensure that all bank policies and procedures are followed.
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM (hours may vary)
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 2 years' experience in bank operations; and
- 1 year of supervisory experience (e.g., Head Teller or Service Manager Associate) required.
- Ability to use 10-key adding machine and type 40 wpm.
- Must be pleasant and tactful when interacting with customers.
- Good oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows applications.
