Job Description:
Inserter/Mail Center Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment used to fold, match, and insert multiple pieces of printed material into an envelope.- Benefits Eligible : Yes (Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance, 401(K), education assistance, + many more)

Inserter/Mail Center Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment used to fold, match, and insert multiple pieces of printed material into an envelope. This position also requires employee to operate postage meter that applies appropriate postage and seals envelopes. Employee will also be required to perform receiving duties, which includes receiving packages and delivering them to appropriate recipient.
The Inserter/Mail Center Operator reports to the Print and Mail Services Operations Manager at SelectHealth.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in printing, inserting, Mail Center, or Receiving
- Proficient use of word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet, email, and scheduling applications.
- Demonstrated effective communication, problem solving, and basic math skills
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Demonstrated effective organizational skills with the ability to work within deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in printing, inserting, Mail Center, or Receiving
- Demonstrated mechanical skills to adjust inserting equipment
- Willing to work outside of core business hours to meet business needs
Physical Requirements:
Seeing, sitting, standing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, manual dexterity, and walking and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
