THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION AT OUR KINGSTON, NY FACILITY
The principal duties for the Digital Mailroom Clerk (Accountable Mail) include, but are not limited to:
Shift M-F starts at 12pm - until clean of desk PLUS $1.00 an hour shift differential after 7pm (*additional shifts may be available based on need). The term clean of desk means you will work until all tasks have been completed, some days you will work longer than 8hours)
- Acquire and open the mail
- Identify and separate mail according guidelines
- Dispose of PHI material in approved HIPAA bins
- Excellent attention to detail
- Work without constant supervision
- Able to manage multiple tasks
- Maintain a high standard of quality
- Comply will attendance and punctuality policy
- Comfortable working in a deadline driven environment
- Good organizational skill
Qualifications - External
High School Diploma or Equivalent
