About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for Print & Communications Manager to join our Marketing team. This individual will align print execution with retail calendar, partner with Store Operations for seamless marketing store communications, oversee all store signage and ensure seamless execution across marketing and business channels.
What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities
- Work with Strategy Planning team on retail calendar to align on print collateral execution expectations.
- Craft store communications for all key marketing initiatives to make the field aware of execution and potential impact; inclusive of how it touches the customer, creative references, guidance for display or distribution, key talking points, etc.
- Manage posting all communications on to internal platforms for store notification.
- Meet with Store Communications and Visual teams on a weekly basis to ensure connectivity across the teams.
- Oversee all Print Signage & Collateral Projects across the brand portfolio.
- Maintain store signage guidance documents to ensure stores always have the right signs up.
- Ensure budget compliance and in-market expectations.
What You'll Bring | Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience, preferably with background in print and store communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or other related field.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, including demonstrated track record of working across functional lines.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Detailed, organized, and understands deadline implications.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, hybrid work schedule from the Dublin California office.

$74,600 - $99,400 We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
