Join the SAP Finance team! As a Principal QA Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating all the testing efforts for new solutions and enhancements made to our SAP Finance application. You will use your QA experience to play a key role interacting with our development team and guiding the testing teams to develop and execute all testing required for new software solutions.
Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to determine test efforts for backlog items.
• Develop testing standards, define strategy, and continuously evaluate testing to optimize efforts.
• Lead other QA Engineers with their testing tasks for developed solutions.
• Create test plans, schedules, lab setup, and other testing deliverables.
• Build test data as necessary in preparation for solution testing.
• Perform execution of single or multiple endpoint test scripts
• Manage test cases within SAP Solution Manager

Year End Bonus
As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month's extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other analytical discipline or equivalent experience
• 6+ years' experience testing and quality assurance experience.
• 4+ years' experience with software test management tools such as HP Quality Center or Microsoft DevOps
• 2+ years' experience with testing of SAP Finance applications (i.e. AP, AR, RE)
• Ability to identify testing scope from requirement documents and create appropriate test assets.
• Ability to assess the level of automation versus manual testing needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience conducting software quality assurance for enterprise applications.
• 6+ years' experience with test management in SAP Solution Manager
• 4+ years' experience with testing of SAP Finance applications (i.e. AP, AR, RE)
• Experience with API testing tools (i.e., Postman, SoapUI, etc.)
• Experience working on teams that use the SCRUM framework or Agile methodology.
• Experience defining solution quality assurance processes and testing strategies including test automation.
