Job Description
Responsibilities :
- As a Principal Digital Strategist, you will lead strategic engagements for Consumer Goods clients to advise on digital transformation, including omnichannel marketing, ecommerce, personalization, customer experience, and analytics/measurement.
- For each engagement, you will quarterback a team to conduct analyses, develop insights, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- You will advise senior industry leaders and utilize your experience to become a trusted advisor and thought leader on trends, digital innovation, use cases for technology, and relevant research in your industry.
- Experience leading engagements in a top management consulting firm or digital agency, focused on digital, marketing, customer data management, personalization, and/or creative content production
- Expertise in the consumer goods industry, including both traditional consumer goods and direct to consumer companies
- 10-12+ years of experience in at least one of the areas listed above
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and crafting effective recommendations focused on the biggest opportunities
- A strong track record of leading strategy formulation and translating strategy into plans that deliver results
- Stellar executive presence and communication skills, with ability to engage and inspire senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and achieve results in a cross-functional environment
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly
- Outstanding people leadership skills and managing teams
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
