We are seeking a Sr. Digital Strategist to join our growing team in NYC. You will work with our clients to develop and oversee execution of goals, directives, strategies and budgets. We are looking for someone who will thrive in a fast-paced environment where initiative is key! Very competitive salary and benefits including annual bonuses for the right candidate. Required: Minimum 2-3+ years of planning experience and execution across all digital paid media (SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic) with focus on client management.
- Develop digital strategies and execute tactical media plans for our clients across the whole consumer journey against defined consumer segments and audience profiles.
- Responsible for total management of assigned accounts throughout the entire strategic, planning and implementation process.
- Have a deep understanding and working knowledge of digital and social media platforms, trends and best practices.
- Analyze relevant digital channels and outlets, develop budgets and flowcharts, and recommend tactical implementation and timing.
- Manage client budgets and ensure they are being spent effectively and as scheduled.
- Perform campaign analyses and recommend media buy/campaign optimizations based on performance.
- Compile analytics reports pulled from Doubleclick CM 360, GA4 and other reporting platforms inclusive of key insights and actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
- Demonstrate excellence in pulling insights out of data to better inform clients of current performance as well as provide informed recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- Attend client calls/meetings to present strategies and reporting metrics, providing excellent client service support.
- Track and evaluate emerging platforms, tools, and channels.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients while serving all their needs.
- Train and mentor junior members and assist in growing our team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively with flawless client–centric focus.
- Strong interest in working with a fast-growing agency to contribute to its growth and willingness to provide leadership to our growing media team.
- Extremely detail-oriented and strong multi-tasking skills.
Desired Skills & Experience
- At least 2-3+ years of digital strategy/planning experience required (at ad agency or media agency).
- Must have strong experience with DoubleClick CM360, GA4, Facebook Ads and Google Looker Studio.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- High-level proficiency in MS Excel with ability to create pivot tables.
- Extremely thorough, analytical, and focused on details with strong Math skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work independently/efficiently and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Very strong work ethic. Willing to work long hours from time to time if needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
