The Digital Strategy team at Blackstone is a nimble group that oversees a dynamic digital communications strategy focused on strengthening the Blackstone brand and supporting our business groups. The Digital Strategy team is responsible for:
- The firm’s corporate digital channels (Blackstone.com website, email, social media)
- The firm’s advertising efforts across channels
- The firm’s marketing research and analytics
- Partnering with business groups on digital marketing to key stakeholders
The Digital Strategy team is looking for a smart, entrepreneurial Digital Marketing Associate to support the firm’s capabilities in website and email marketing. The Associate will seamlessly execute web and email communications, and partner closely with the Brand & Content and Product teams to ensure we are optimizing our approach on these owned channels.
Responsibilities:
- Lead setup of new Blackstone.com webpages and content updates
- Build and deploy marketing emails to a wide variety of external stakeholder audiences
- Manage production and approval timelines for new webpages and emails
- Pull and analyze performance data, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders
- Partner with business groups on web and email content strategy
- Partner with Product team on new feature development and rollouts
- Communicate and drive adoption of best practices for web and email channels
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience setting up and managing email campaigns and/or webpages
- Experience with Pardot (email service provider) and/or WordPress (website platform) is a significant advantage. Familiarity with HTML is also an advantage.
- Experience with email best practices, audience segmentation and email performance metrics
- Experience with website performance metrics. Experience with Google Analytics is an advantage.
- Exceptionally strong attention to detail and ability to thoroughly review work
- Effective communicator, with the ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining high-quality deliverables
- Bachelor’s Degree
