Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements effective pricing processes to provide market-based pricing for all channels resulting in the profitable growth of the business.
- Analyze the pricing process, find areas of improvement, lead the transformation and implementation to drive pricing strategy and discipline across the entire product portfolio.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and industry developments to stay informed, identify potential pricing risks/opportunities, and advise leadership teams.
- Oversee the implementation of pricing strategies and monitor their effectiveness. Make necessary adjustments and recommend improvements based on performance analysis.
- Collaborate with and advise cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to optimize pricing strategies that grow revenue while maximizing margins at a brand and customer level.
- Analyzing price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels.
- Communicate pricing strategies and performance to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Qualifies growth potential for select products or markets and presents information to business leaders.
- Collects information regarding the current market conditions, trends and future outlook for products and services.
- Responsible for the administrative tasks that support creating, maintaining, updating and distributing of pricing.

Required Qualifications:*
- 7 years of work experience in analytical roles (sales, marketing is a plus); 3+ years in pricing, including solid exposure to managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives, and creating pricing process documentation.
- Requires understanding of financial data, competitive markets and pricing dynamics. Must have deep business acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across the organization, including the ability to turn data/information into models and tools that help inform decision making and impact business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills resulting in data-driven decision.
- Biased toward action, a great collaborator and master simplifier, constantly pushing towards holistic, yet concise solutions or recommendations.
- Expert in using analytical tools (e.g., PowerBI, OBI, Excel etc.)
- Ability to think critically and implement effective solutions.
- Strong research and synthesis skills (translate data into insights and actions)
- Experience with modeling techniques and pricing frameworks.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or other relevant field
