Pricing Analyst

The primary responsibility for the Pricing Analyst is to perform cost-comparative analysis. You will engage in direct and effective communication with our bank clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are well understood and addressed. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to provide data compilations and meticulous tracking, enabling the generation of accurate insights for strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Work with complex data examining trends and pricing strategies
• Formulate and execute growth and retention strategies for the bank partners
• Communicate industry initiatives that may impact the banks from either a revenue or expense standpoint
• Develop strategies to maximize insight into the population of merchants identified during the scrub process
• Ability to position yourself as a trusted advisor to the team
• Maintain high standards for confidentiality of company, client, and merchant data
• Ability to tell a story with numbers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience & Requirements

• Prior experience or education in accounting, finance or banking preferred
• College degree is preferred, but not required
• MS Office proficiency is a must
• Strong Excel experience is required
• Strong communication skills
• Able to navigate ambiguity, while exploring innovative solutions and driving business impact

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma required
