President And Ceo

We are a medical practice in the geriatric / residential care space looking for a CEO to oversee the business and facilitate growth.

- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
- Provide overall leadership and direction to the organization, ensuring effective management of resources and operations.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Drive business development initiatives to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to staff members.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CEO or President.
- Strong financial management skills with a deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated success in driving business development initiatives and achieving growth targets.
- Excellent strategic planning abilities with the ability to anticipate future trends and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving organizational goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
