The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting and maintaining high quality classroom standards in a laboratory setting
- Coordinating and implementing an innovative curriculum model with a team of colleagues
- Establishing and maintaining relationships of cooperation and respect with all co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Providing oversight and training of interns and student teachers in early childhood education undergraduate programs Maintaining standards in accordance with National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accreditation and PA Keystone STARS 4 quality standards

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference given to those with Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees. Will be filled at the Intermediate Professional level.
This position requires the following clearances:
PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check, and the National Sex Offender Registry Clearance (NSOR). A health physical with TB test is also required prior to starting the position.
The pay range for this position, including all possible grades is:
$34,800.00 - $50,500.00Salary Structure - additional information on Penn State's job and salary structure.
CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICS:
Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
