We are hiring a part time prep cook (20 - 25 hours) to join our team. The right person is a detail focused cook who is hungry to learn, fast, organized and able to keep things clean. A "can do" and "get the job done" attitude is a must. Ideal candidate should have 2 years experience working in the kitchen and able to work in a fast pace environment. Must be able to lift 30 - 50 pounds.
Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Pay Frequency:
- Bi weekly or Twice monthly
