Premium Support ManagerJob Functions:
- Assist a team of support analysts to specific performance expectations to create an engaged an accountable workforce that delivers a superior client experience.
- Collaborate with supervisor to provide regular and ongoing communication
- Dependent upon the case/client, the Premium Support Manager may also be required to perform or share the following duties (Client Services and Calendar Manager):
- Respond to urgent client and resource requests outside normal business hours
- Build and nurture working relationships across all functions within U.S. Legal Support
- Proactively manage jobs in progress to ensure resource partner turn-in by applying best practices
- Partner with Sales to ensure client satisfaction
- Consult with Production for Deliverables; Rough Drafts, Exhibits, Transcripts and Video
- Initial Planning: Gather to review; notice of deposition, complaint, caption and/or any information made available from the sales team
- Develop case specific “standing order”
- Special requests for deliverables; real-time, rough, transcript delivery needs, exhibits and video
- Create case memos and enter notes into RB accordingly.
- Communicate standing orders to all appropriate internal departments

Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Also 3-5 years of experience in the litigation support or relevant experience.
