Position Overview: As a key player in our team, you’ll be the maestro behind the scenes, orchestrating everything from event staff scheduling to data analysis and event logistics. Your role is dynamic, adapting to the ever-changing needs of our events. Think of yourself as the superhero who ensures everything runs smoothly!

Hours: Get ready to kick off your part-time adventure with us starting March 2024. And hold on tight, because during peak event weeks, you might find yourself working extra hours. The more, the merrier!

Responsibilities:

Staffing Support:

• Channel your inner General Manager by assisting in the hiring, training, and onboarding of our fantastic event staff.
• Be the detective who spots staffing shortfalls and reports job vacancies and scheduling hiccups to the General Manager.
• Craft weekly staffing reports, keeping a close eye on employee performance, and delivering those impressive reports to management.
• Ensure that staff details and working hours are on point for accurate employee compensation.

Sales Support:

• Assume the administrative throne for the sales lead, handling everything from event rental contracts to room maps.
• Be the go-to guru for data entry duties, translating metrics and sales figures into a symphony of information.
• Provide unwavering support to management because you’re just that awesome.
• Elevate customer service to an art form.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
