- Manage daily operations of the therapy practices
- Supervise and support clinical staff schedules
- Oversee scheduling team and client intake team
- Verify benefits of new clients
- Work with administrative team leads for local marketing outreach to strengthen the referral base.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Collaborate with IT team regarding IT issues of the practices
- Collaborate with billing team to ensure efficient and smooth procedures for billing, authorizations, and customer care
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or management
- Knowledge of pediatric therapy services and best practices
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience with electronic medical records systems and Salesfroce
- Understanding of insurance billing and reimbursement processes
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Passion for working with children and families
