Manages day-to-day clinic operations and long-term planning of clinic services in collaboration with the clinic health care team.
License /Certification
Required: Kaweah Health approved crisis intervention training within 60 days of hire/transfer.

Responsible for clinic practices and flow in coordination with clinic management.
Responsible for establishing and updating written policies and procedures for clinic.
Develops with appropriate personnel new outpatient clinics as need arises. Collects clinical, financial and regulatory information and helps develop plans and proposals for new clinic consideration.
Develops, prepares, and manages budget for clinic.
Continuously assesses and improves the clinic operations as it relates to goals, quality standards, and patient satisfaction in coordination with clinic management.
Responsible for effectively handling patient complaints, patient problem solving, patient intervention, patient service recovery.
Acts as the clinic expert and is the resource person for Joint Commission.
Ensures clinic providers are effectively supported in the delivery of medical care.
Follows through with applications of new programs for expanded clinic services.
Manages the family medicine resident clinic efficiently and that the GME regulations are met in coordination with clinic management.
Prepares the discussion topics, agenda, and trainings for the monthly resident business and the GME family medicine meetings in coordination with clinic management.
Coordinates clinic operations with the clinic Medical Director, family medicine faculty and residents in coordination with clinic management.
