Practice Manager

We are an established, top-rated destination medical spa seeking to provide the best patient experience possible at our aesthetic practice in Spokane, WA. We’re seeking an Advanced Practice Manager who will have overall responsibility for leadership, strategic planning, delivery, evaluation and management of the practice.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain efficient day-to-day operations of a multi-provider aesthetic practice working with both medical and non-medical staff.
• Develop strategies for making business practices more efficient, improving the patient's experience, and earning more profits through operating the practice.
• Responsible for practice operations, productivity, and compliance.
• Consciously build a positive team culture of passion, dedication, and accountability.
• Ensure policies and best practices exceed industry standards and government regulations.
• Adopting a hands-on approach in supporting and training staff while identifying and managing performances.

Applicant Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or other related field and/or a combination of education and experience required.
• Two (2) years leadership experience, preferably in a busy healthcare, aesthetics and/or plastic surgery office required.
• Proficiency in computer operations. Must have the ability to learn and demonstrate competency in company technology platforms.
• A solid understanding of aesthetics terminology, health care management, employment law, and ethics.
• Ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of the business. Solid understanding of how to market the practice to patients and commitment to achieving patient satisfaction, revenue, and budgeting goals.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Exceptional organization, communication (verbal and written) and facilitation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
