With proven product-market fit and rapid success across our sales organization, we are growing our team. It's an amazing opportunity to get in early at a high-growth, high-performance sales organization that is reshaping the way patients pay for their care.
We are looking for a rockstar Practice Development Manager to help us grow, develop, and retain the elective medical practices that have registered with Cherry. This is a territory manager role with a hybrid field and inside sales approach, and it comes with an attractive incentive compensation plan.
The position will be remote in NYC, with 30% travel required. We are offering a base salary of $100,000 with an $85,000 variable to total $185,000 OTE for year one, with uncapped commission
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strong relationships with Cherry partner practices with a focus on retaining and growing their Cherry transaction volume
- Provide training and marketing enablement to partner practice staff members, with a focus on leveraging payment plan technology to grow their business
- Engage all Cherry partner practices in assigned territories on a regular basis; build excitement for the product and get them transacting with their patients using Cherry at high levels
- Strengthen Cherry in your assigned territory by asking for referrals at every possible opportunity
- Solicit feedback on our product and service from partner practices to drive further success, while maintaining consultant / partner approach of providing feedback
- Take ownership of your assigned Practice Development sales territory, with the goal of making Cherry the ubiquitous solution in your market. Practice development through partnership
- Accurately forecast your expected sales (transaction volume) on a regular basis
- Accurately log and track all sales interactions in our Customer Relationship Management system
- Organize and optimize your sales engagement cadence by leveraging technology tools and data analytics
- Rapidly adapt your sales approach to different types of medical practices
- Travel and attend industry events and trade shows as needed
- Take ownership and accountability of your own success
- Take the initiative to continuously improve your sales approach by seeking feedback, learning new sales methods, and experimenting with new things
- Be a team player and act like an owner at all times - give and accept feedback, collaborate with your colleagues, and seek to lift every member of your team to greatness
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in a sales role focused on elective medical, aesthetic, or dental practices, with a mix of field and inside sales experience preferred
- Top performer in existing sales role, with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Ability and willingness to effectively engage clients both over the phone and in person
- Independent worker, self starter, and proven ability to exceed expectations in a remote work environment
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Preferred: Experience using cloud-based communication tools (such as Slack, cloud-based VOIP telephony, Zoom, etc)
- Willingness to work at a dynamic, ever-changing environment filled with friendly competition where high performance is directly rewarded
