  • Serve as Microbiology subject matter expert (SME) for Phoenix, PUD, Synapsys, and other relevant product domains. Builds upon an understanding of the user base to guide product decisions.

  • Participate on several CLSI Working Groups to glean insight and provide insight into upcoming breakpoint changes and microbiology testing requirements

  • Works closely with all partners to communicate customer needs, adjust requirements based on technical feedback, support backlog refinement, and manage priorities

  • Exhibits broad, well-developed soft skills in the management of relationships with peers, (possibly) direct reports, and manager; seeks opportunities to expand and refine this skill.  Accepts and responds to feedback appropriately.  Able to provide relevant performance feedback to peers in a constructive manner

  • Assist the teams with release planning, functional research, and testing of releases.

  • Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
