The POS System Analyst is an integral team member responsible for the support and maintenance of the company POS system and integrations.

POS Systems Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities:
They will be part of the technical management team of the Ticketing and POS platforms within the IT Park Systems Group, providing technical support and maintenance in everything related to the Group's Ticketing and POS platforms, including specific Ticketing and POS satellite applications. This team plays a key role in the implementation of all projects related to the parks' technological platforms, supervising the work of platform vendors and development providers and ensuring that all deliverables comply with the company's standards, both in quality and in delivery times.
This role is also responsible for supervision of the single source of comprehensive, consistent, and high-quality ticketing and in-park revenue (POS) data and its use to enhance system processes and procedural workflow. They will manage the development of the existing and future Ticketing and POS platforms, strategies and initiatives that support the company's business objectives.
