Do you enjoy physical work, such that lifting multiple 55-lb bags and moving 55-gallon drums on and off of pallets is not a problem? Are you certified to drive a forklift?

Our ideal candidate will currently be working as an ink maker or chemical operator for a batch process manufacturing company. You bring a passion for high quality workmanship, process improvement and a focus on getting things done sooner rather than later, with the utmost accuracy. In addition to your incredible desire to make good product and please your teammates, you are adept at dealing with many moving parts and priorities that can change quickly.
You’ll come into this role and help produce some of the most innovative printing ink products for the global market. You’ll make sure that our customers love us by producing high quality materials that are produced and packaged with the utmost care and efficiency. You’ll weigh up batches for production, load materials into the mixer, package finished goods and clean vessels once completed. You’ll impress your teammates you’re your cleanliness, organization, speed and helpfulness.

Special consideration will be given to batch makers/operators who also have experience in warehouse management, shipping/receiving and/or preventive maintenance experience including belt, seal and bearing replacement.
