- Manage and oversee the end-to-end e-commerce operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the e-commerce platform's performance, improve customer experience, and increase sales.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and consistent brand messaging.
- Utilize Microsoft BI and PowerApps to collect, analyze to provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
- Monitor and manage the e-commerce platform's technical performance, identifying issues and collaborating with internal and external partners to implement solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology, suggesting and implementing improvements to our platform and operations.
- Functioning as a member of the IT team to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical customer support to internal and external customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong expertise in data analysis and reporting, with hands-on experience in Microsoft BI and PowerApps.
- Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and SEO strategies.
- Experience with CRM and ERP integrations with e-commerce platforms.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and with external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
