Job Description
Summary
Island Creek Associates, a professional services firm, is currently seeking a full-time Senior Project/Program/Management Analyst to support the Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) team at PMA-299, Patuxent River, MD. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the tracking and management of GFE components associated with MH-60R/H-60S aircraft for Domestic and FMS production support.
Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Complete and update related documents including GFE inventories, Procurement Requests, GFE/GFP lists on contract, and Procurement Initiation Document (PID).
2. Contact managing activity or manufacturer to monitor delivery impacts.
3. Track GFE movement, loans, and paybacks for Lockheed Martin and Sikorsky production components.
4. Initiate repair cycle for identified GFE failures. Work with prime vendors to identify a path forward for failures.
5. Provide status to prime vendors of new production assets or current repairs.
6. Research GFE requirements and pricing through NAVSUP data portals.
7. Compile data for data calls.
8. Complete a Requisition and Invoice / Shipping Document (DD-1149) for shipping.
9. Create MILSTRIPs for National Stock Number material using Navy-Enterprise Resource Planning.
10. Oversees training of 3 Mid-Level Program Analyst in all their duties
11. Assumed the role of GFE IPT Lead in their absence.

Required Education
BS or BA degree. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience; OR no degree and an additional six (6) years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis disciplines may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
Required Experience
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis disciplines.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. NAVAIR core working hours are 8:30am to 3:00pm. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. CWS is authorized for this position.
Travel
Occasional travel is expected for this position.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance
This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information at the Secret Level. Ideal candidates will currently possess an Active DoD Secret Clearance; however, candidates with US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD clearance will be considered. Must be able to receive a Government Common Access Card (CAC), access Government systems, and receive a security clearance.
