About the Company:

VideoXRM is a B2B media discovery platform, indexing structure and search engine that enables content providers to easily upload, manage, individually index and distribute each of their rich media assets, so that they can be easily found. Company content providers can also communicate with other companies on platform and with front-end users (viewers and subscribers) and launch marketing campaigns to target industries and audiences. Upcoming features include the ability to host premium content on a pay per view/subscription/download basis.

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Rockstar Platform Growth & Data Integration Analyst who truly enjoys creating digital experiences and would help us to create engaging and intuitive digital experiences for our platform users, as well as to analyze, integrate, and derive meaningful insights from diverse data feeds. What does this look like? An associate will play a vital role in improving the platform's interface, integrating various data feeds, testing new features, producing tutorial videos, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience. What’s the benefit of this? This will allow our users to navigate the platform more seamlessly, access valuable insights, and make the most of their experience.

This is an opportunity to shape the user experience of an innovative B2B media discovery platform. Useful skills for this position would include UI/UX design, data analysis, and a high degree of collaboration and problem-solving skills. We are seeking candidates who have the ability and willingness to understand our users that will be navigating the platform, interacting with the database, uploading and classifying content, etc., in order to build a customer-centric platform. This is a remote position with a flexible schedule. We are currently looking for candidates to start ASAP.

What You Will be Doing:

• Improving the UI and UX of our ever-evolving platform, especially as we add new features to it. Specific upcoming projects include improving platform messaging to highlight our AI capabilities, as well as incorporating the Nonprofit/NGO side of the platform to cater to these kinds of content uploaders.
• Analyzing and integrating various data feeds into our platform
• Analyzing what data feeds our platform is generating and what value they may provide
• Testing new features as they roll out on the platform and working with our Development Team to improve these features
• Producing tutorial videos to show users how to navigate and use our platform
• Participating in group meetings
• Brainstorming ideas and using creative thinking to add value to our product
• Collaborating with other team members on various projects

Potential Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Increase in user engagement on the platform by a certain percentage within a specified time frame, measured through metrics like user interactions, time spent on the platform, or frequency of logins.
• Improvement in user retention, reflected in a decreased bounce rate and increased return visits.
• Contributions to a measurable increase in AI-related content engagement, possibly measured through metrics such as click-through rates on AI-related features.

Team:

Our Company’s founders come from fund management, corporate finance, trading, national commercial banking, software, and app development. Other team members are experienced in library science, data analysis, project management, and international regulations and markets. We are keenly aware of the value of unstructured data and are committed to creating a platform that harnesses its power for companies everywhere.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong Math Skills
• Must enjoy creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences
• Strong Collaboration and Communication Skills (fluent English required)
• Quick learner who enjoys problem solving
• A team player who can be relied upon to complete tasks and add value to our product
• Some form of work experience where responsibility and professionalism were demonstrated
• Access to the internet and ability to participate in video conferences
• Must be located in US Time Zones (EST - HST) for the sake of being able to attend team meetings regularly
• Graduated from an accredited university with a 3.2 minimum GPA, bachelor’s degree or higher
• Preferred degrees in "User Interface and User Experience" and "Data Science", or any related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of career-based experience
• Minimum availability of 20hrs per week. A one-year commitment is required
• Video Production experience a plus but not required
• A good attitude :)
