We are looking for a Plastic Surgery Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in a busy Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, collecting patient information, and answering phones. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, an understanding of medical terminology related to Plastic Surgery, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the medical field.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Schedule patient appointments and surgeries.
• Maintain patient records and files.
• Provide information about the practice, services, and procedures to patients and visitors.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• patients.
• Create invoices and process payments according to office policies.
• Assists with office opening and/or closing procedures.
• Assists with any other requested administrative duties.
• Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as, exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.

Education and Experience

• 3+ years of experiences in administrative or receptionist position highly preferred
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Computer literate with knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual in Spanish HIGHLY desirable
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
