Client Concierge

We are currently accepting applications for a rockstar team member to be the face of our beautiful plastic surgery and aesthetics practice. The Position

• Be a leader in the day to day activities of the practices
• Establish systems and processes for a seamless experience for all patients
• Be a champion of the scheduling system and payment collection systems
• Greet patients with VIP hospitality as they arrive and throughout the entirety of their visit
• Guide patient call, texts, and emails to convert inquiries into booked appointments
• Maintain an up to date and accurate pipeline of leads
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine efforts based on incoming leads
• Champion the first impression of the environment and front of the practice

• Customer Service oriented with the ability to quickly establish rapport with patients
• Superior organizational skills, follow-through skills, methodical and pays attention to details

• Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell by educating and adding value to patients
• Obsessively motivated, resourceful, and reliable
• Has the aptitude to quickly master communication around aesthetic procedures
• Enjoys project management and problem solving with a team

• Outstanding customer service skills with excellent phone, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to set the tone for the practice with optimal professionalism and grace
• Professional and mature demeanor with presentable appearance
• Well-rounded and able to quickly learn practice procedures, operations, and technology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.97 - $22.85 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
