The Position
- Be a leader in the day to day activities of the practices
- Establish systems and processes for a seamless experience for all patients
- Be a champion of the scheduling system and payment collection systems
- Greet patients with VIP hospitality as they arrive and throughout the entirety of their visit
- Guide patient call, texts, and emails to convert inquiries into booked appointments
- Maintain an up to date and accurate pipeline of leads
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine efforts based on incoming leads
- Champion the first impression of the environment and front of the practice

- Ability to set the tone for the practice with optimal professionalism and grace

- Well-rounded and able to quickly learn practice procedures, operations, and technology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.97 - $22.85 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
