Plant Manager - Manufacturing – Base Salary to 160k/year – Greer, SC

• Our client, with a history spanning over 25 years and a prominent position as an industry leader, boasts a global presence. Currently, they are actively searching for a skilled Plant Manager to lead their manufacturing team located in Greer, SC.
• In this role, the Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations to ensure optimal production efficiency, quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction, and cost-effective management of resources.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee plant operations to ensure efficient production, maintain high-quality standards
• Establish and implement safety programs aligned with company values and policies, fostering a secure and compliant working environment
• Take charge of day-to-day business management to meet established targets, ensuring a seamless flow of operations
• Develop and execute manufacturing operations strategies and plans to enhance overall productivity and efficiency
• Manage EHS, planning, production, manufacturing processes, quality, warehouse, and equipment to meet operational goals
• Optimize various processes throughout manufacturing, leading initiatives to enhance production, processes, and quality, ensuring continuous improvement in productivity and capability
• Drive sustainable and profitable growth in production, maintaining a focus on long-term success
• Collaborate closely with sales to review and monitor production forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Establish and refine manufacturing-related systems, processes, and policies to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency
• Reinforce cost control in key manufacturing processes, implementing improvements in production methodology to boost efficiency and reduce costs
• Build and develop a high-performing team through activities such as training, performance evaluation, motivation, coaching, and talent pipeline development to enhance overall team capacity

Qualifications:

• Bilingual Chinese or Mandarin preferred
• 5+ years of plant management experience within a manufacturing setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Experienced in essential manufacturing procedures, technical standards, and current industry trends within the HVAC sector

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 160k/year
