Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operations, including production planning, materials management, quality control, and maintenance.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, promoting a culture of safety among all employees.
Manage and develop a team of supervisors and production staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of production activities.
Implement and maintain effective production systems and processes, utilizing best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
Maintaining a site level KPI while maintaining a valued safety culture
Interaction at a high level of customers with daily/weekly calls
High level reporting to customers on a daily and weekly basis while ensuring culture, safety, and execution of orders is maintained at a high volume.
5S program implemented or maintained
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:
7-10 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or min of 7-10 years applicable experience
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
