Form of workWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our facility, focusing on production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and other supporting functions. The ideal candidate will take a hands-on approach, assuming complete accountability for developing plans and actions to enhance productivity, ensure quality standards, and foster the growth of a skilled and motivated workforce. The Plant Manager will be responsible for maintaining a safe and legally compliant work environment.
Qualifications:
5+ years of Proven Work Experience:
- Extensive track record as a Plant Manager, with a focus on the automotive sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed customer expectations within the automotive industry.
P&L Responsibilities:
- Experience with Profit and Loss responsibilities is highly desirable.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Master's Degree is a plus.
Business and Management Knowledge:
- Adequate understanding of business and management principles, including budgeting, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with scientific and statistical methods, showcasing logical thought processes.
Technical Expertise:
- Familiarity with nonwovens standard equipment and technical proficiency.
- Knowledge and application of Lean manufacturing principles.
Change Management:
- Demonstrated experience in developing, influencing, and implementing world-class manufacturing tools.
- Proven ability to successfully execute significant change initiatives.
