We are confidentially seeking a Plant Managerfor our client in the Greater Dallas/Ft Worth area. Excellent time to join, as they ramp up to double production this year. A candidate with Appliance, high volume Electronics or Motor Vehicle assembly backgrounds would be a good industry match and what we will be seeking.
With high tech upgrades to products the company has been manufacturing for decades, the 250 associates are assembling multiple and intricate components for the final products. This operation is growing globally and will offer hands on opportunity to develop people, grow your leadership skills, make an impact, implement lean manufacturing tools, continuous improvement, increase productivity and see positive results from the efforts.
Salary expectations are targeted to be $200-240k, and relocation will be offered if the candidate is outside the area. Expect a full benefits package.
