Expanding gastroenterology practice in the Salem, Oregon area is seeking a Physician Assistant to join their team! Work alongside a large team of physicians and PAs and receive excellent training and mentorship. Enjoy a stable Monday-Friday schedule and build rapport with your patients as you guide them on their health journey.
Responsibilities:
- Full-time permanent position - Gastroenterology
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Outpatient clinic role
- GI diagnostic strategies, colon cancer prevention, nonsurgical cancer intervention, nutrition consultations, remote monitoring, etc.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Physician Assistant in gastroenterology or other relevant fields
- Recent graduates with gastroenterology rotations and interest in GI
- Active Oregon Physician Assistant License (or ability to obtain license)
- EMR proficient
- Ability to build rapport with new patients and established patients
- Ability to adapt to new environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
