Customer Service Representative

Our Physical/Occupational Therapy department is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role provides the opportunity to interact with patients, Physical Therapist and therapy aides as we strive to deliver an excellent experience to each person that we encounter. It is our goal for our patients to receive Customer Service that leaves them feeling like family members. We make first contact with patients to schedule initial evaluations and utilize scheduling software to maintain daily schedules for fourteen Physical Therapist. Other responsibilities include, collection of co-pays and co-insurances and navigation of the practice EMR. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
