Physical Therapist Assistant
Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time PTA to join our outpatient team at our Taylorsville, Utah Clinic. We are a national leader in clinical excellence with 41 locations and are owned and operated by therapists, meaning that every decision made has the patient in mind. In addition to Mountain Land’s focus on professional growth and caring company culture, this position includes a competitive annual income of $48,000-$68,000, annual continuing education, and a robust benefits package to ensure that you have financial stability.
The ideal candidate is a PTA who is eager to learn and utilize the growth opportunities that Mountain Land offers. Your day-to-day will include working collaboratively with our nationally recognized therapists to treat a diverse caseload of roughly 11-12 patients per day; from high-level athletes looking to return to sport, to patients simply looking to live without pain. Mountain Land encourages therapists to pursue their passions, both in their careers and personal lives, which can explain why roughly 20% of our PTs hold an OCS and countless employees are exploring the great outdoors with their family and friends on a daily basis.

Qualifications:
- Ability to manage a caseload of 11-12 patients per day
- Current PTA License or ability to obtain (No sanction)
- A passion for outpatient orthopedic therapy

Pay Range: $48,000 - $54,000 annual equivalent or a self-directed option that uses revenue sharing with an expected annual rate of $50,000 - $68,000. You will also receive continuing education, PTO, and company sponsored medical benefits.
Hours & Benefits: This is a full-time, fully benefited position that is eligible to receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurances, as well as 401k, PTO and wellness incentives. Benefits add roughly 20-30% additional income to the above pay range.
