Overview:

Maple Springs Living is now hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time or PRN position to join a qualified in-house team of therapy professionals in North Logan, UT.

The PTA hired for these Skilled Nursing facilities will treat a well-balanced mix of patients within the SNF setting. Some prior exposure to the SNF setting is preferred through regular work experience or clinicals. New Grad Physical Therapist Assistants will be considered.

Caseload:

The Physical Therapist Assistant hired will work with a variety of diagnoses. The patient population is mostly geriatrics, but patients of all ages are treated.

Work Schedule:

This full-time or PRN position includes working primarily Monday through Friday. Most PTAs work 8 am - 4:30 pm, but the work schedule is flexible based on the availability of the candidate hired. Candidates interested in a part-time schedule must have a minimum of two days per week of availability. Within this role, you will enjoy an excellent work / life balance.

Compensation and Benefits:

Physical Therapist Assistants are paid a competitive salary based on experience. A brand-new grad PTA can expect to receive a salary in the rate of $65,000 per year for full-time. The compensation package will increase based on the experience of the candidate hired.

Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a retirement plan. Professional development is encouraged and includes reimbursement for CEUs. A sign-on bonus is available for full-time. Housing and transportation for the first 6 months of employment are negotiable based on availability.

Job Requirements:

Eligible for Utah state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

New graduate PTAs will be considered.

Some prior work or clinical experience in the SNF setting is preferred.

Full-time, 40 hours per week are available. PRN is also available.
