Therapy West is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team in Mount Pleasant, Utah. Your day-to-day will include working collaboratively with our nationally recognized therapists to treat a diverse caseload of roughly 12+ patients per day; from high-level athletes looking to return to sport, to patients simply looking to live without pain. Qualifications:

• Ability to manage a caseload of 12 patients per day on average
• Current PTA License or ability to obtain (No sanction)
• A passion for outpatient orthopedic therapy

Pay Range: $23-$26.50 hourly starting wage and the potential for bonuses depending on performance.

Hours & Benefits: This is a full-time, fully benefited position that is eligible to receive medical ($100/month premium for HDHP), dental, vision, and life insurances, as well as 401k, PTO, employer contributions to HSA, and wellness incentives. Benefits add roughly 20-30% additional income to the above pay range.
