Job Summary
This Certified Pharm Tech will be responsible for development and maintenance of reporting, data analysis, assisting with projects, investigating and resolving operations inquiries for audits, privacy disclosures and system access to pharmacy PBM (PRIME).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school graduate.
• 2 years business experience.
• Analytical skills, experience analyzing data.
• PC proficiency including Word, Excel and PowerPoint including developing reports, and developing presentations including graphics.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (or obtaining certification CPT within 6 months).
• Verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external customers; grammar, punctuation and proofreading.
• Ability and willingness to travel if needed, limited travel.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid CPhT
• 2 years of college.
• Health/managed care or pharmacy experience.
• Experience assisting in projects.
• Organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Strong research and resolution skills, which include the ability to factor in risks and understand the potential impact of particular actions in regard to Audits, Security Access, and Privacy Disclosures.
• Ability to consume and apply training materials, processes, procedures at an accelerated pace.
• Flexibility and ability to learn and work complex, new or multiple workloads.
• Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.
• Self starter and pro-active collaborator, with the proven ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.

This position is FLEX arrangement, works in the office at least 3 days per week.
