```Duties:```
- Provide administrative support to the home based business and perform general office duties
- Manage phone systems, including answering and directing calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating meetings
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Act as a personal assistant to the executive home based small business, handling personal tasks and errands as needed
- Organize and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
