Personal Lines Insurance CSR Assistant

Small, fast paced independent insurance office is looking for an Personal Lines Customer Service Assistant with previous experience in the industry to handle endorsements, payments, binders, file claims, following up with clients for additional requested information or items. Agency has been in business for 15+ years - Individuals should be motivated, have strong work ethic and habits. Team player attitude a must. This position is part time to full time Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 to 5.

Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Familiarity with office software and phone systems a plus
• Previous experience, especially in particular industry, preferred
• Property & Casualty Insurance License
