Responsibilities
Assist Sales Team: Support our Sales Representatives in their day-to-day activities, including handling customer inquiries, providing information, and offering assistance.
Quote Preparation: Assist Sales Team in distributing and collecting required policy documentation.
Policy Processing: Handle various policy-related tasks, including processing changes, cancellations, and endorsements.
Client Communication: Interact with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address their questions, provide support, and ensure client satisfaction.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements
Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy documentation and client information.
Organizational Skills: Effective organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance terminology and policies is preferred, but we are also willing to train the right candidate.
