PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate has experience in handling pre-litigation Personal Injury cases for injured plaintiffs.  Duties include providing superior service to clients; managing cases from inception to settlement with focus on maximizing case value and providing the client with an amazing experience every step of the way, professionally communicating with insurance adjusters and medical providers and meeting monthly and quarterly goals on individual and team levels.  

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Ideally 3+ years of Personal Injury case management experience 
• Stellar client service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - working with a sense of urgency in everything you do!
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus 
• Filevine knowledge is a plus

This is a full time position Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
