Job Summary:This is not a research and writing position. The ideal candidate is someone who has a burning desire to be in depositions, mediations, hearings and/or trial 5 days a week. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing Plaintiffs in personal injury and property insurance lawsuits.
Skills:
- Ability to effectively litigate cases in court
- Manage a case load of civil litigation cases
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Florida
- Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and rules of evidence
