Personal Care Assistant

Duties:
- verbal reminder to take medication according to prescribed schedules
- Monitor and record vital signs, such As if he starts to not feel well you might have to take a temperature
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and Clean up after meals - Perform light housekeeping tasks, including Helping with his laundry and Help with cleaning up behind activities that you may have done.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings in the ccommunityas an example...Swimming, baseball games, movies, ect

Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with individuals with DD disabilities
