Personal Assistant/House Manager

· Personal assistant duties

· Manage schedules and appointments.

· Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.

· Handle occasional correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

· Research and purchase gifts for special occasions.

· Assist with meal planning and grocery shopping as needed.

· Arrange for home maintenance and repairs as needed.

· Coordinate with other household staff, if applicable.

· Run errands such as picking up dry cleaning or packages.

· Assist with personal tasks as requested

· House Management Duties:

· Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up common areas and doing dishes.

· Oversee cleaning services for deep cleaning tasks.

· Manage household inventory and restocking of supplies.

· Coordinate and oversee home renovations or improvements.

· Handle household bills, including payment and organization.

· Maintain and troubleshoot household appliances.

· Monitor home security systems and coordinate repairs or updates.

· Coordinate recycling and garbage disposal services.

· Water plants and care for indoor gardens.

· Organize and maintain storage areas, closets, and garage.

· Occasional Overnight Dog Sitting Duties:

Applicants must really be a dog LOVER !

· Feed and provide fresh water for the dogs.

· Administer medications, if necessary.

· Take dogs for walks or let them out for bathroom breaks.

· Play with and engage the dogs in activities.

· Ensure dogs are comfortable and have a safe environment.

· Follow any specific instructions for the care of the dogs.

· Maintain cleanliness in the areas where the dogs stay.

· Provide updates and communicate with the family about the dogs' well-being.

· Handle any emergencies or health issues that may arise.

· Stay overnight at the residence to provide continuous care and companionship for the dogs.

Household Manager should have experience, references, and own a reliable vehicle with good driving record. Must have a CLEAN background and be willing to undergo background screening.
