Job Overview:
I am seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative support myself in both my professional as well as personal affairs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in computer literacy, and possess strong organizational abilities. This is a full-time position based in our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage founders house operations
- Manage founders email inbox and calendar 100%
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Transcribe meeting notes and prepare documents for distribution
- Utilize software such as DocuSign for document management
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills:
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Experience with customer service and maintaining professional relationships
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
