Typical Day:
- Use your skills to support maximum independence, improve the quality of life for your client and advise the office team of any change in conditions.
- Follow a pre-established care plan (accessible from your smart phone). This may include bathing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transporting clients for shopping and appointments. You get reimbursed for your mileage, too@
- Engage the client, keeping them active and social!
Job Requirements:
- You must take home care seriously. Be professional, on time and reliable
- HHA, PCA, CNA or other certifications preferred (but other experience may be considered)
- Have a proven record of being dependable, on-time, patient, kind, composed and uses good judgment.
- Proficiency on a smart phone
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Fluency in English - mandatory (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Successfully pass criminal, drug and driving background checks
- Successfully pass all employment references (which our office will conduct if you are offered a job)
